MODA Hove Central is a major residential development in Hove, East Sussex. Situated on a nine-acre former trading estate adjacent to Hove Station, the project delivered 564 build-to-rent apartments and 260 care community homes.
We worked with the main contractor to design, manufacture and install the full exterior brand signage and wayfinding package.
Each sign was designed to include interior face illumination, giving the MODA brand high visibility at dusk and evening.
Another standout feature is the suspended ‘HOVE CENTRAL’ letter set, secured to float in the undercroft of the entrance archway
