Moda, Loudon’s Yard is a newly completed residential development located in Edgbaston, Birmingham. This modern community features 398 high-quality rental homes across three architecturally distinct blocks, designed to offer stylish, city-living spaces for residents.
We collaborated closely with the main contractor and design team throughout the project to deliver a cohesive signage strategy tailored to the development’s vision.
Our team provided a comprehensive external and internal signage package across the entire site.
Externally, we supplied illuminated lettering, totems, and tray signs—crafted using Moda’s signature monochrome colour palette to maintain brand consistency and visual impact.
Internally, we created a bespoke wayfinding system featuring a custom background pattern on each sign. Combined with a bold typeface and a striking colour scheme, the result is a visually engaging and functional signage experience that enhances navigation and complements the architectural aesthetic.
