PROJECT DESIGNER
LOCATION:
MAYDOWN, NI / CLERKENWELL, LONDON
We design and build bespoke signage and architectural features for some of the UK's most recognisable brands and buildings. We're looking for a Project Designer to join our studio and help take projects from first concept through to production.
What you'll do
Turn client briefs into strong, workable design concepts
Produce visuals, artwork and presentation documents for clients
Develop approved concepts into accurate working drawings
Work closely with our project managers, technical team and workshop to make sure what we design can be built well
Attend site surveys and client meetings where needed
What we're looking for:
Confident with Adobe Creative Suite.
A good eye for detail and an understanding of materials and fabrication, with previous experience in signage especially beneficial.
Someone organised, practical and able to work collaboratively with both clients and other team members.
TECHNICAL DESIGNER
LOCATION:
MAYDOWN, NI / CLERKENWELL, LONDON
We’re looking for a technical designer with the ability to bridge the gap between the design intent and the workshop floor.
What you'll do
Develop detailed production and fixing detail drawings from initial briefs.
Specify materials, fixings and structural details.
Help solve build and installation problems before they reach the workshop
Work with project managers, fabricators and installers to keep drawings accurate and buildable
Support surveys and installation planning where needed
What we're looking for:
Confident with Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD, with SolidWorks experience highly beneficial.
A good eye for detail and an understanding of materials and fabrication, with previous experience in signage especially beneficial.
A practical understanding of how things are made, fixed and installed
Accuracy, common sense and the ability to work to deadlines.
PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION:
MAYDOWN, NI / CLERKENWELL, LONDON
An opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of projects from the point of order through design to manufacture, installation and handover.
What you'll do
Run multiple live projects, keeping them on programme, on budget and to spec
Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors and site teams
Coordinate design, production and installation, making sure nothing falls through the gaps
Attend site surveys, progress meetings and installations where needed
Work with our Project Support team to manage costs, variations and project paperwork, including RAMS and O&M documentation
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and main contractors
A practical understanding of fabrication and installation, or the willingness to learn fast. A strong and willing work ethic.
Full UK driving licence

PROJECT DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR
LOCATION:
CLERKENWELL, LONDON
London based Project Delivery Co-Ordinator to keep our projects moving smoothly on the ground, from pre-start through to installation and sign-off.
What you'll do
Coordinate deliveries, access, permits and installation teams so work happens when it should.
Act as the primary point of contact on site for our key clients.
Keep clients, contractor’s site teams and our project managers updated with clear, timely information.
Monitor progress of Ascot installation teams on site, in line with agreed deliverables.
What we're looking for
A practical, problem-solving attitude and good attention to detail, with a strong work ethic.
Based in or within easy reach of London, with a full UK driving licence required.
Full site access accreditation, and experience of working on site.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with site managers and main contractors.
INSTALLATION OPERATIVE
LOCATION:
CLERKENWELL, LONDON
A London based Site Installation Operative to install our work on site, from single bespoke pieces to full signage packages on major developments.
What you'll do
Install signage and architectural features on sites across London and beyond
Work from installation drawings and method statements to fix work accurately, safely and to our Platinum delivery standards.
Handle a mix of fixing methods and materials, including drilling, mechanical fixings, adhesives and technical interfaces with other packages.
Look after tools, vehicles and materials, and keep your work area safe and tidy
Represent Ascot on site, dealing professionally with site managers, contractors and clients
What we're looking for
Experience installing signage, shopfitting, joinery or similar site-based work
Practical hands-on skills and confidence using power tools and access equipment
A careful, safety-first approach and pride in a clean, accurate finish
Someone reliable, punctual and presentable, comfortable representing the company on client sites
Full UK driving licence
CSCS card essential, IPAF and PASMA an advantage, or the willingness to gain them
