Located in the heart of Dublin city, Newmarket Yards is a vibrant new development offering thoughtfully designed apartments for modern urban living.
We were appointed to deliver both internal and external wayfinding signage for the entire development, along with managing the full planning permission submission process. This ensured a smooth and compliant rollout from concept to installation.
Internally, the signage features black lettering with a bold underline, allowing each line of text to function as a single, unified element. Externally, illuminated lettering was installed on both the entrance canopy and the vehicle undercroft branding zone, enhancing visibility and reinforcing the development’s identity.
