Promenade Student Living is a modern student residence located in the centre of Brighton. Opened in 2024, the development offers 156 rooms in a mix of shared flats and private studios. The central location allows easy access to city centre amenities and nearby universities.
We provided the full exterior branding and interior wayfinding signage packages.
Working with the development team, architects and interior designers, we designed a simple, high-visibility monochrome internal wayfinding system
Externally, the development featured two sets of halo illuminated lettering at the entrance canopy to the development, helping the building stand out during the evening hours
